Your coordination experience includes custom timeline creation, unlimited communication, personalized planning guidance, day-of vendor confirmations, ceremony assistance, and dedicated point-of-contact support. We’ll manage wedding-day vendor logistics, final payments and gratuity distribution, event flow, and decor setup or takedown, while also providing planning guides, an emergency kit, and hands-on preparation and styling support.
From directing decor setup and assisting with the final details to coordinating breakdown and carefully gathering personal items and gifts, we’ll be there from beginning to end. We’ll review your plans in detail, identify outstanding pieces, organize logistics, align your vendor team, and create a comprehensive timeline so everyone knows where they need to be and what needs to happen.
With ongoing guidance and communication leading up to your wedding, we’ll help bring structure to the details that can easily become overwhelming as the day approaches. We’ll manage vendor communication and wedding-day logistics, attend final vendor meetings, coordinate your rehearsal, oversee setup and decor, direct event flow, manage final payments and gratuity distribution, and serve as the central point of contact throughout the celebration.
From the first handoff through the final breakdown, we’ll be there to lead the details, troubleshoot behind the scenes, carefully gather personal items and gifts, and make sure nothing gets overlooked. The result is a wedding day that feels organized, intentional, and fully supported—allowing you to step away from the logistics, be present with the people you love, and enjoy the celebration you worked so hard to create.

From personalized planning guidance and vendor recommendations to budget organization, timeline development, logistics, and ongoing communication, we’ll help you make confident decisions and keep everything moving forward.
As your wedding approaches, we’ll step in more closely to coordinate the final details, align your vendor team, and ensure your plans are ready to be brought to life. Our Full Planning service provides comprehensive support with venue selection, vendor sourcing and management, budget guidance, design development, logistics, timelines, guest experience, and all the details in between. We’ll take the lead on the planning process while keeping your vision, priorities, and personality at the heart of every decision.
As your wedding day approaches, we’ll bring every moving piece together, manage your vendor team, oversee the final details, and lead the execution from setup through the final moments of your celebration. With everything thoughtfully planned and professionally managed, you can enjoy your engagement knowing your wedding is in capable hands.
